Please note that by submitting your Flash Lite game and/or entering the competition you are bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them before entering.

1. MoMac has the right to reject and disqualify any entry or winner for any reason;
2. All entries qualifying for the prize competition must have arrived before January 1, 2009. Entries submitted after this date are not eligible to win;
3. MoMac has the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize with cash, or a prize of comparable value;
4. By submitting your game, you grant MoMac the right to offer the game for free to end-users;
5. By submitting your game and/or entering the competition you grant MoMac the right to list and host your game within the mobile games portal, use the game publisher's name, game and/or likeness for promotional purposes. No items will be returned;
6. You warrant there is no infringement with existing patents and or intellectual property rights of third parties related to the entered game;
7. MoMac is not liable for any current and or future disputes/claims between third parties and you relating to the entered games;
8. MoMac is not liable for any potential private taxation when paying out rewards;
9. You have no rights on any compensation for entering the competition other than the mentioned conditions on this page;
10. You will retain all rights you have in the copyright and other intellectual property rights comprising the competition entry but, by entering the competition, you grant MoMac the right free of charge to republish your competition entry;
11. The competition is open only to persons of age 16 or over;
12. Prize winners have 5 business days to respond when informed of their win.
