Personalisation
Keeping the operator portal as the 'hub' of the mobile internet
As 'off portal' internet usage continues to grow, and handsets offer ever richer UI's and functionalities, mobile operator portals need to adapt to remain at the centre of the mobile internet experience. Portals and content need to be relevant, and interesting for users who have more choice than ever before. Momac's mvolve Profiling Engine provides operators with the tools to create dynamic, relevant portals which adapt to individual users requirements and preferences, ultimately driving loyalty, data traffic and revenue.
Passive Personalisation
Momac's passive personalisation module examines user browsing behaviour and dynamically updates the portal to reflect a users preferences and interests. Passive personalisation can be used to create personalised top 10's and most popular/most visited modules on both an individual user, and generic usage basis.

Active Personalisation
Active personalisation allows end users to configure specific preferences which are stored against their profile. Anything from weather region, preferred news supplier or football team, through to favourite social network or e-mail service can be stored to allow the user to create his own, personalised experience throughout the portal. Active personalisation is used to create 'my favourites' modules or pages where users can create a 'jump page' of their favourite mobile internet products and services, whether on or off portal.
